The Oklahoma DLC for American Truck Simulator arrived on Steam around two weeks ago, and since then, we've been busy sifting through a huge influx of input from all of you. Our developers have been working tirelessly to keep tabs on it across various platforms and we thought it was only right to give back some appreciation to our #BestCommunityEver by highlighting various experiences with the new map expansion.
Let's kick things off with a brief selection of pictures and videos, which have flooded our social media. Reading about your journeys through this state has been a real delight and as always, we're making sure to share the most captivating posts with everyone in-house. Remember to keep tagging us on X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok; we're committed to catching all the action!
We're also thrilled by the hundreds of positive reviews on Steam. We extend our gratitude to everyone who took the time to either tell us about their favorite aspects of the DLC or provided us with invaluable suggestions for improvement. Here are a few standout reviews we've enjoyed. If you're inclined to craft your own review, you're welcome to do so on the Oklahoma Steam Store Page.
We've also reached out to some of your beloved content creators, and they generously shared brief reviews about their experiences. We would like to thank all of them for sharing with us their opinions and allowing us to pass them along to our blog readers.

Absolutely thrilled to have had the chance to experience the Oklahoma DLC for American Truck Simulator! As a truck lover, diving into the diverse landscapes and vibrant cities has been an absolute joy. The state's rich history and thriving industries, like bus factories and tire factories, make for an engaging trucking experience. The attention to detail in places like Gloss Mountain and Beavers Bend State Parks truly makes this DLC a trucker's dream. The peculiarity of this map, which surprised me and especially my community during the live broadcasts, is the presence of some particular roads that make the journey more intriguing and exciting. Can't wait to continue this exciting journey on the road!

In my opinion, Oklahoma is one of the most beautiful states in America, and I am very glad that our dear developers have finally added it to the game. The detail of all ten cities and landscapes is amazing. My viewers and I enjoyed spending time checking out new roads and cities, and we even found an interesting hidden road! The views in the expansion are really nice and you can look at them for ages! Everything looks very nice and the DLC is definitely worth your attention. Thank you, SCS Software for the new and great addition to the game. I am sure that it will be even better and better from now on!

Oklahoma is OK! (Get it? Eh? *Cricket noises*) Honestly, this state is simply a relaxing and unique one to drive through! I love when we get a new state like no other before because, during my live streams, everyone from the state always points out the realistic recreations of towns that are important to them and things you can only see in Oklahoma. From the truck stops to the Tulsa Airport and the School Bus Factory, you will find scenery and pickup locations that look like no other in the game. SCS did a great job of showing the wide open plains as well as the mountain parts of the southeast. It connects the bordering states with many more back roads than I ever expected! Thanks, SCS, for yet another wonderful addition to the ever-expanding American Truck Simulator!
Alongside the DLC launch, we launched the #CruisingOklahoma World of Trucks event and in just over two weeks, you've managed to surpass over 75% of the community goal of 111,000,000 miles (178,637,184 km). Really good going! No need to rush though; you still have until the 1st of October at 23:59 UTC to secure your personal rewards and help out with the community goal. More details are available in the dedicated blog post.
In conclusion, it's evident that we've been absolutely overwhelmed with feedback since the release. To tackle The Sooner State and make it as diverse as possible posed a challenge to our developers, and we're thrilled that the project has garnered much attention. A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you!
