Zooming in on the dashboard

We thought it would be interesting to zoom in even closer on the in-development graphics - and show you what  the dashboard looks like while the artist is working on it. You can see we have made some progress on the FH16 interior compared to last week (this represents several days worth of work!). This is not a screenshot from the game, it's a screen grabbed from Maya (click the image for full resolution).

  2. BRAVO SCS! Excellent! Hope you can make the Magnum dash (if the Renault gives you license) just as good as the Volvo's! :)))

  3. Dashboard looks awesome! But please, SCS, remake TRUCK model of Volvo. It looks really ugly and disproportionately

  4. Nice. This seems to be a render from the 3D-editor? I always wondered what program you use for your models. Or is it a homebrew tool?

  7. Thanks, Daniel, looks like I was too hasty. I didn't knew that Maya is a 3D-Editor, I thought it is for shiny renders only. Lessons learned. :-)

  19. Well its nice, but what i rely want is better phycics when you have a trailer and not. If the interior of the truck is super and the feeling is shit, who like to play whit it? interior is not the big point, its the feeling. So my recomendation to you is 1 work on sound. 2 AI. 3 phycic. And have a real truckdriver test it for you and listen to what he say and fix the problem he say to you. If you want a good simulator? do it right.
