Official website of 18 Wheels of Steel Extreme Trucker 2

Today we are happy to announce unveiling of the official website for our new truck driving game - 18 Wheels of Steel Extreme Trucker 2. Valusoft, the game's publisher, should start shipping the retail version of the game across Northern America this month. Other countries are definitely going to follow, we are actually already working on integrating translations for German, Russian, Hungarian, Czech and Polish releases for a start. Also we understand licensing discussions are ongoing for Scandinavia and France.

As usual, there is a gallery, so do not forget to check out another set of screenshots from the final version of the game, and the number of movies will be extended very soon by a cinematic teaser.

  4. I like your game websites too. Very well designed, congrats to Pictus. Are there some plans for re-designing your "main" site scssoft.com? Graphics elements are fine, but it's a little bit confused.

    Anyway, can't wait for ET2!

  5. Can you just give us a damn release date for ET2?
Refusing to give one only puts customers off and I cant wait for et2!

  6. Honestly, we don't know what the release date is. We are just the developer of the game, once we hand off the "gold master" to the publisher the game is all theirs, and we don't get detailed updates on their plans.

There probably even isn't anything like a precise release date, with small games like this, things tend to be fuzzy - retail chains will be picking the game one by one (if at all) over a course of few weeks perhaps. This isn't the type of a game that would launch world-wide at the same date with people queuing outside of the stores for opening at midnight.
We will most likely only find out that the game is available for purchase when somebody who has managed to buy it writes us or posts the news here or on some message board.
