Among other changes arriving in American Truck Simulator in the 1.44 update, there will also be a rather small addition, that is technically actually bigger than it might seem. We are excited to let you know that we are bringing new interior options for Freightliner Cascadia trucks!
Our friends at Freightliner contacted us with an opportunity to create the newly-released MY2022 interior trims for our in-game Freightliner Cascadia trucks, and our team worked hard to create them as fast as possible in order to bring them to the players in the nearest update.
In total, there will be 3 new interior trims added for the Freightliner Cascadia in order to line-up with what they are now offering in real-life. The all-new trim designs will be available in all 4 cabin types. But we have also taken a step further with the 72" cabin versions because these trims will include a table with seats in the back as well!
We are also pleased to learn that our friends at Freightliner love our live streams so much, that they accepted our invitation to have a representative be a part of one of our broadcasts, which we will be dedicating to the Freightliner Trucks and SCS Software cooperation. We will talk about their brand and products being a part of the ATS Universe, and about the Freightliner Cascadia truck in general while showcasing the new interior looks coming with 1.44 update.
In the end, we agreed on having a live stream with the special guest - Riley Holland, who is a Heavy Duty Segment Specialist for On-Highway Product Marketing at Daimler Trucks North America, and we invite you all to join us on April 14th from 18:00 CEST on our Twitch channel. We hope to see as many of you from our #BestCommunityEver in the chat as possible; however, if you will miss it you don’t have to despair, as we will also have a recording prepared for you a bit later on our Youtube channel as well.
