Trucks & Trailers promo screens

Here is a few brand new screens that we feel represent Trucks & Trailers better than the older pre-alpha images that have been plastered all around the Internet.

  30. Wonderful screenshots.
I will be buying Trucks & Trailers definitely.
I have always had problems trying to reverse and park a variety of trailers in different locations (ETS 1, UKTS and GTS). I will get plenty of practice and improve my skills in Trucks & Trailers so I will not have problems in ETS 2.
    Can't wait till release.
Keep up the fantastic work SCS Software team.

  31. Three days away from the internet and so many news here... :-D OK - concept of Trucks&Trailers looks interesting. In fact there are obviously some missions and challenges which I expected in Extreme Trucker. So good for you, I think game like this is still missing on market. I'm excited about pedestrians and cyclist - finaly!!! Can we hope that these models will be in ETS2? Anyway - good luck with your project!

  32. Great Job SCS !!!i see theres a cyclist there great work this is going to be the best simulator ever!!!!!!!

  33. SCS many wondering what will be transferred from the Trucks & Trailers in ETS2. Pedestrians and cyclists, will remain a difficult entrances to the handling terminals? Please reply us and show screen shots of pedestrians in ETS2.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Cool! Will the new prefabs and features like pedestrians and cyslists be incorporated into ETS2? It will make it many times more realistic! I would love it if the yards in ETS2 were like this, they look much more interesting. In fact, this seems like just the final delivery part of ETS2.

  35. Can we have the cyclists and pedestrians in ETS2?

    ReplyDelete
  36. Sorry but this Scania is not Highline or Lowline. That Scania is not really.

  37. People are walking on pavement, nice :)

  46. SCS SOFTWARE, IN ETS2 ADD SINGLE ROADS PLEASE!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Hi SCS!

These screen shots look absolutely beautiful! Good job!

    One request:
Could you remove (or modify) the destination signs (where the trailer has to be parked). These signs in the game world look very big and arcade-like. Same problem is in the gas stations and resting sites. In a simulation game some large arcade signs in the game world kill part of the realism and immersion. After seeing the sign it makes you think "I'm playing a game" instead of "I'm driving a real truck".

Maybe there could be some more realistic way to show these positions? Perhaps some white line on the ground, so the player sees that it is destination, resting site, etc? That would also improve realism and immersion, as it is something that might exist there in real life.

  51. SCS,

I am confused is this Euro Truck Simulator 2 or is this a different game?

  52. Guys, is it really so hard to read? I don't want to be rude, but please, RTFB (read that fantastic blog :-D ). This article (as well as previous) is about that "new small and secret project" with working title "Trucks & Trailers". ;-)

  53. The pedestrians and the cyclists are really cool! I'd like them, and I like the truck too, without the spoilers at the rear of the cabin. But i'd also like to see much single roads, and not, like in earlier games: 90% motorway 5% city and 5% single roads. I'd like to see more single roads.

  54. A lot of people use google translate to post comments. I wish they'd only use it to read tha posts too! :)
The pics look awesome. I should congratulate you for obtaining the realistic look of environment and vehicles. Love that tradeaux cement trailer. Even if the weary ligth has its effect it still looks rugged and as if it's travelled a lot in its life.
Nice idea with the enclosed circuit challenge. Maybe more varied pedestrian characters could be added.
All in all ... WOW again!

  55. U guys should a Scania R730.
With special transport upgrades and stickers(if there will be any)

Im looking forward to play T&T and ETS2!
