Community Driver Seats #8

It has been some time since we shared your driver seats. And now that the latest 1.34 update is safely out, we'd like to share more photos of your driving rigs. Previous blog posts on this theme inspired some of you to build your own, according to discussions throughout various fansites so perhaps this one will inspire some more.

Regardless of if some parts are home-made or if everything is bought, all of these show great devotion to driving games, almost no need to get a real truck right?

Want to spare space at home? This guy shows us how it's done ;)

And it's time for some real creativity! Everything that can be bought can also be hand-made at home, and here's the proof!

This one, though....with this setup we'd be afraid to start Windows, let alone thinking about pushing the horn key. That said, we are not sure if people living six blocks away can hear your truck well enough ;)

Thanks to everybody sharing your photos with us - and for those who didn't and would like to, post them here on our forum, please. Also keep an eye out on our social media channels, such as our facebook and twitter for the latest news and announcements.

SCS On The Road: Invitation to Truckstar Assen

We already dedicated a topic to the Netherlands yesterday with the release of Dutch Paint Jobs Pack for Euro Truck Simulator 2, and we are back today with an invitation especially for our Dutch fans to meet us in person.

This weekend, July 28 & 29, our On the Road team and our sim trailer will be at Truckstar festival at Assen’s TT Circuit in the Netherlands. Truckstar is one of the largest and oldest truck fests in Europe, and the organizers expect over 2,000 trucks to show up. If you plan to be there, too, or if you live nearby and are deciding what to do with your Saturday or Sunday, our crew will be very happy to welcome you in our sim trailer and give you a chance to drive our truck sims in our 4D motion seats.

As an appetizer of what kind of experience and atmosphere one might expect at a major truck festival, let us recap our most recent roadshow event. Our sim trailer was spending the previous weekend at Master Truck Opole in Poland, and we're still full of impressions. Two days full of tuned trucks, amazing paint jobs, interesting accompanying program, and thousands of visitors - could we ask for more?

Check out a small gallery of photos taken during the event. You can always find even more photos on our social media channels, just as usual.

Our SCS Sim Trailer attracted a lot of visitors since very early morning till the evening when we locked it up again. Our fan base in Poland is truly huge and we loved every moment spent with people interested in our work.

Community Driver Seats #7

Before we kick the engine in our hype train again with some posts related to new and upcoming game features, let's calm it down a little bit and take a look at another set of community's driver seats photos. Would you like to take a ride through New Mexico or Italia on such gaming setups? We sure would!

As always - thanks everybody for sending your cool photos to us. And if you consider your setup at home worthy of sharing with us, you can always send your photos straight to the inboxes on our Facebook profiles: ETS2, ATS or SCS Software. Also, don't forget to keep an eye on our Instagram and Twitter profiles too if you don't want to miss anything important about us, our games, and projects.

Community: Driver Seats #6

We expect to be posting a lot of information-heavy posts in the coming days and weeks concerning the upcoming DLC and game updates. But we hope that you will not mind us taking a little break again, to revisit the topic of pictures of community driver seats.

We're back with the sixth set of photos with custom home-made gaming setups, built by some of the most devoted fans of our games, to haul cargo in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator.

The number of pictures we are receiving from you every week is impressive, and we have a hard time choosing the best to publish. It's incredible to see so much effort (and money) spent to enjoy playing our humble games. It looks like the effort was worth it!

Thanks everybody for sending your cool photos to us. If you have a cool driving rig setup that you would like to share with us, you can always send your photos straight to the inboxes on our Facebook profiles: ETS2, ATS or SCS Software. Also, don't forget to keep an eye on our Instagram and Twitter profile too if you don't want to miss anything important about us, our games, and projects.
