- Fixed pedestrians disappearing
- Fixed driver logs
- Polished automatic gearbox logic
- Consumption gauge and air pressure screen on Scania dashboard
- Hazard warning made independent of blinkers
- Steering sensitivity slider range increased (both directions)
- Steering non-linearity properly used with mouse
- Added rumble stripe sound check-box so that it's possible to switch it off

ReplyDeleteRemove all your mods and load the game, with luck it should load. Then start testing the mods one by one. Till you find the ones that conflict with the new patch.

That is not bug. It is as designed. Not only shadows are not shown in mirrors -saves performance.

Deletethere was change in code of upgrade shop not items. you can still buy same things.
Deletebut if you made some extensive upgrade shop usage in the past there could be some strange situations especially with addons. this was now fixed.

Delete...or a cap for the center of the Logitech wheel with all the truck manufacturers' logos (if they agree)... except for the Renault, of course, who would want that ;)
...or a coffee cup with a truck and an oversized trailer going all the way around the cup.
Either way, you've got my support and soon some cash once the DLC finally comes out (hopefully on time on Steam) :)

DeleteOn the site trucksim-map.com a note is placed, NOT to upgrade to 1.5.2, if you want the game continue to work with the tsm map.

Works fine with the Scandinavia map now only called Promods map since they are doing alot more then just scandinavia now. TSM I dont know, not touching that with a stick ;P

Yes ProMods v1.01 works. ProMods v1.0 does NOT work. We recommend people to upgrade. This weekend we will bring ProMods v1.1dlc where we have tweaked some little things and just to make sure people understand it works perfectly with the DLC.

Nice, but please include automatic pause when the controller is unplugged, because now when the controller turns off the truck accelerate and go out of control, i use a 360 controller. Thanks and keep working on this awesome game!!

DeleteWhen I read your comment I jumped in to the game to test the magestic abit, had no crashes, not because of that but I did have crashes with the Volvo FM and Mercedes MPV4 I had installed, in the log it said something about Engine value or cylinder value or what ever, anyway, it casued the game to crash, I removed those mods and now the game runs fine again, I guess they changed something and truck mods might not work until updated to what ever is in latest patch. :)

ReplyDeleteIn 1.5.2 the mph-kmph-ratio is changed. 50 kmph are now 25 mph instead of 30 mph. Already got a lot of tickets, lol.
ReplyDeleteLooks like it's the new Scania dashboard. Route Adviser shows the correct speed in kmph, Scania dashboard the wrong in mph.
DeletePlease fix the steering sensitivity and change it to the previous condition !!! The truck cannot be stabilized when using with mouse... I am about to delete and setup the older version of game only because of this sensitivity... After the 1.3.1 version all the patches has a worse vehicle control but this time 1.5.2 has the worst!!! Even with a minimal touch the truck is starting to go sideways of the road !!! I have bought this game three times and supporting you but PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE STEERING SENSITIVITY OR PHYSICS OF TRUCK ANYMORE..YOU ARE MAKING IT WORSE AND WORSE
ReplyDeleteThere is no change in truck control itself. Only sliders in option have different range than before. If you just install the patch and do not move sliders, it will behave same as before.
DeleteOnly other change is non-linearity fix for mouse steering input. If you are using mouse for steering set non-linearity slider somewhere to the center and it should be OK.

DeleteNeviem, čo ste spravili s citlivosťou riadenia, ale je trochu horšia, než v predchádzajúcich patchoch. Ťažšie sa kamión vyrovnáva, najmä v meste na križovatkách pri odbočovaní doľava. Ovládam to myšou. Keď rýchlejšie hýbem, ťahá to moc doĺava, ak pohnem pomalšie tak kamión ide do nedotáčavosti. A to mam najnižšiu citlivosť. Bol by som vďační a myslím, že by nás bolo viac, keby ste tu citlivosť riadenia nemenili a vrátili na hodnoty z predchádzajúcich patchov. Ináč som veľmi spokojný s hrou, a neĺutujem, že som dal 30€ za ňu! :)

Hey SCS something has to be done about dynamic weather changes, it's raining almost every day, even if the slider is almost at the left. I honestly believe rain effect in this game is great, but I don't like to see it every minute.

DeleteI'm told it's rain duration. Even if you slide it ALL the way to the left you will still get rain, it will just not last as long when it does occur.
I wish there was an option to turn rain off somehow because some truck mods i really like do not have working windscreen wipers.
Just installed the 1.5.2 patch and disappointed you altered non-linearity for mouse steering. It is now more 'floaty' than before despite setting the slider to the centre as Max suggested above. Why change it?

But i just noticed a bug with trucks shadow and when i desactivate shadow quality in Options menu, it disapairs. Maybe it come from my computer but i don't had this bug before with 1.4.8 O_o
