Thats look great.. but i am worry abou HW requirements.. It looks like TNT engine, on C2D at 3GHz, 4GB RAM, GTX 260 SOC is on max 1920x1080 max 50 FPS =/
I have no idea where this is but it is really astonishing. I like the graphics, really looks breathtaking! I am worried by system requirements tho. But I hope it will not be higher than T&T!
Devs, you never cease to amaze me. Beautiful work.
However, I hope that the bridge will be more than just a nice scenery on the level - I remember how cool the Rheinbrücke of Köln looked in the German Truck Simulator trailers, so I was greatly disappointed when it turned out that it is not actually drivable (but closed with the invisible walls).
Great Britain? Looks really like Hull. But on the T-intersetion (third picture) the markings (Arrows,..) are on the right. I thought in Britain they drive on the left side?!
SCS please make the game compatable with at DX10.1 or lower, because the majority of imtermediate gamers have not progressed onto DX11 cards. And also, could you make the game utlize multiple cores, because I highly doubt anyone is still using a single core lol. Anyway, good job.
That bridge is so beautiful. Nice work, SCS. Don't forget to add Baltic States in the map. (whole Europe would be awesome) Btw, can you, SCS, post here road map of ETS2. Greetings from Lithuania ;)
The bridge is absolutely amazing! :) It really looks gorgeous!
And I'm fine with the textures of the road/road-markings! I can't see anything bad about them! :)
And besides showing this really good-looking bridge (can't wait to drive on it! :D) the photos themselves look really great. I mean, in a photographic way! I especially like the the 3. and the last two pictures! The are astonishing! O.O :)
Yeah, pics are cool. But hey SCS, you ever thought about reselling your old though pretty damn good games like 18 Wheels of Steel: American Long Haul? It's great game! Just bring some modern effects, improve graphics, textures, sound a little, add mouse control, here we are - we got new game with a huge world and coolest trucks, you got money to work with ETS2. No happen? I'm stupid? Ok, but it's fun isn't it!.
The work looks very good, but we want to know about the licenses for trucks and progress in physics, and system of damages a little more real! We want the truck has a behavior similar to that are in real life.
The quality of game is amazing.
Keep it up!
Greetings
Rafael Brusque Toporowicz São Mateus do Sul - Paraná - Brasil
This bridge isn't in the UK.. Just look at the 3rd picture, you can see there that the road signs are for the right side of the road, not for the left side as it's in UK.
Everything looks amazing specially the sky and wheather! Can't wait for the release, I'm sure the drivers will have great sights in their travel. But hey SCS, what about a post for something like trucks and gameplay improvements, for us to see how much is it going to be realist? We are sseing images of map for so long! Thank you and keep going with the awesome work!
I by times too times more disappointed by this here, it to nothing is said, as becomes the play. in each case pictures the often old show. I will not buy it. T& T is a disappointment. a large. bye bye SCS
Hmm, right-hand traffic, so not England? And no, not the one in Turkey -- wrong number of crossbars, for one thing. Same with Portugal, wrong kind of crossbars. A mystery, heh! (c:
If this game is also going to be distributed digitally, will it appear on Steam too ? I simply ask because it's my preferred platform to buy games online.
An answer on this would be appreciated, but as the prequels are not listed in Steam I guess ETS2 will not.
Daß wird wieder der gleiche Mist wie immer, es wird wieder nicht ruckelfrei laufen ! Egal was man für ne gute Hardware hat ! Das merkt man ja schon bei T&T, und da sind nur kleine Maps geladen !
It could be the "lillebalts bro" in Denmark. http://www.google.dk/imgres?imgurl=http://www.denstoredanske.dk/%40api/deki/files/18018/%3D19782575.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.denstoredanske.dk/It,_teknik_og_naturvidenskab/Teknik/Brobygning/Lilleb%25C3%25A6ltsbroerne&usg=__BxUsG1TSm48bjmdvVETVf7rIE48=&h=768&w=1024&sz=57&hl=da&start=0&zoom=1&tbnid=4vOQkijJRrsdEM:&tbnh=146&tbnw=182&ei=HkUpTob-NdDGswa1le32Cw&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dlilleb%25C3%25A6ltsbroen%26hl%3Dda%26biw%3D1024%26bih%3D667%26gbv%3D2%26tbm%3Disch&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=340&vpy=236&dur=958&hovh=194&hovw=259&tx=160&ty=78&page=1&ndsp=12&ved=1t:429,r:9,s:0&biw=1024&bih=667
Look great all the details. Fantastic work Just one thing what wrong with THE SKY Looks like been brushed with ink Please Do not launch the game without fixing that sky
It IS the Humber Bridge, people. I guess the pictures were taken from a build where left-hand driving was not yet implemented into the UK areas. No worries, it's a small oversight, I'm pretty sure it will be fixed (after all, SCS will use an updated UK Truck Simulator map for ETS2 as far as I know - and there WAS left-hand driving there). :)
These images prove the evolution of the truck simulator games (from first Hard Truck 18 Wheels of Steel to these beautiful game Euro Truck Simulator 2). I can't wait longer for this game. I need a demo soon, I want to buy this game first!
Hi, why is Romania not included in the European map?We do have some cool roads which, i believe can make a difference in the game. The Transfagarasan Highway for example.

Please also put competition from companies in the game, like managing transportation company against other companies created by the same computer that had the competition in the game 18 wheels of steel across america.
1.Motorway and Map images 2.License plates (all european) 3.Styles and Brands for the trucks and trailers in ETS2 (new company) 4.Borders and roadsigns
To me that looks exactly like the Humber bridge in UK not far from me. The last screenshot looks like the A63 (Clive Sullivan Way) heading out of Hull towards the Bridge. The landscape looks like the north and south bank. If it is then hopefully we will catching ferries at hull to Rotterdam and Zeebrugge and also going across the bridge to Immingham and Grimsby docks, now that would be realisem...don't forget Liverpool docks as well.
Great job on the scenery and the bridge, very realistic. PLEASE make the bridge DRIVEABLE, unlike one you showed in the German Truck Simulator trailer. If you are going to show any bridges in trailers, or even scenery, please make sure it is driveable. That was a big dissapointment.
Anyway, this bridge looks wonderful from a distance, and up close. It sure is a great model. Please make more of these.
And if you don't mind, can you put together a video of all the new stuff you guys have implemented into the game please. I'm sure all of us would like to see it. I would prefer a video five minutes or longer.

Hi ... im a huge fan of your games and have put in around 300 hours on UK truck simulator and about 200 on the old 18 wheels of steel (that's a lot for me) Im really looking forward to this ETS2 release.
In regards to steering wheel support will there be better optimization settings for high end wheels like the Logitech g25, gt and g27. They were ok in the previous games but i could never make them perfect if you know what i mean. I hate playing with a pad and would realy like to see some more realistic feedback and sensitivity when using my GT wheel. Also will the game support full wheel rotation?
Thanks for your time and i have no doubt that this game will be an enormous success as i have enjoyed all of your previous games :D
Good luck and plzzzz don't rush ... i would rather see a brilliant game late than an unfinished game early haha, unfortunatly most producers nowadays find it easier to release games unfinished lol. But i have high hopes for a dedicated team like yourselves :D
Oh, yes, support for Logitech Driving Force GT, please. While previous games do support it to some extent (the wheel works, as do the pedals) it cannot properly handle all the buttons -- it reports incorrect buttons (compare to the device in Windows control panel -- if need be I can send more info). To bypass this I set buttons to keyboard keys instead, that worked. Please add full support for this wheel too. (c:
For those not into Swedish: "Ferries is all but a must. Tunnels and bridges where such should not exist, no thanks... In addition, ferries opens so many possibilities for mods!"
we are not the only game hill visual problems such as extreme weather conditions and the gas feeding on the development of artificial intelligence would like to.
we are not the only game hill visual problems such as severe weather conditions forced the car and would like the development of artificial intelligence
SCS the game looks fantastic and is a credit to all your hard work. I just hope you improve the control characteristics and increase the amount of traffic in the game especially in town/cities. Would be nice to have heavy traffic during rush hour. :)
that is so the humber bridge, pic2, is looking from the south bank to the north bank, with hessle to the left and hull out of shot pic3, is the north bank looking south toward's to immingham and grimsby pic4, is looking south along the bridge toward's barton apon humber pic5, is the north bank viewing point, (i was parked there a few week's ago in my car) pic6, is the a63 on the north bank comming from hull.
all i can say is SCS, THIS IS GOING TO BE BRILLIANT
waouh!!!!!!wonderful!!!
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone knows the exactly release date??I cant wait so long to play!!!

ReplyDeleteThats look great.. but i am worry abou HW requirements.. It looks like TNT engine, on C2D at 3GHz, 4GB RAM, GTX 260 SOC is on max 1920x1080 max 50 FPS =/
ReplyDeleteDear SCS software
ReplyDeletePlease re-work old textures of asphalt and lane-markings. At least, add bump-mapping to them.
And the bridge is just astonishing
Amazing !!
ReplyDeleteI have no idea where this is but it is really astonishing. I like the graphics, really looks breathtaking! I am worried by system requirements tho. But I hope it will not be higher than T&T!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the great work!!
Nice pics SCS.Finally you used the new prefabs - I'm very happy to see this ;-)
ReplyDeleteOMG!!!
ReplyDeletevery nice SCS.
ReplyDeleteWow, looks awsome!
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Austria
I think the bridge is somewhere in Poland.
ReplyDeletevery good work!!
ReplyDeleteThis bridge it's super!!
Oh my, eye candy! Where did I put my eye-brush, fell the risk of enlarged eye-cavities here! .c8
ReplyDeleteLovely, SCS.
To me the road looks fine, there is a gentle bump-map to it and the textures vary quite a bit. I like that too.
It looks great.
ReplyDeleteI think this is the Humber bridge near Hull.
The Queen Mary 2 behinds looks pretty cool !
ReplyDeletelooks like Istanbul Bosphorus
ReplyDeleteSCS please contact Türkiye
Devs, you never cease to amaze me. Beautiful work.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I hope that the bridge will be more than just a nice scenery on the level - I remember how cool the Rheinbrücke of Köln looked in the German Truck Simulator trailers, so I was greatly disappointed when it turned out that it is not actually drivable (but closed with the invisible walls).

ReplyDeletedon't forgate the game theme ; Truck Simulator.
ReplyDeleteif the graphics performance is same as T & T then I do not buy a ETS2.
ReplyDeleteI am annoyed about spending the 10 Eur for T & T.
Wow, that's some great stuff! O.O :)
ReplyDeleteThe bridge is absolutely amazing! :) It really looks gorgeous!
And I'm fine with the textures of the road/road-markings! I can't see anything bad about them! :)

Texture trees spoil the entire game, the game seems to only allow alpha textures and all look bad!
ReplyDeleteToo bad!
I think this right hand traffic has to be a mistake...
ReplyDeletethe bridge looks in all things and surroundings like the Humber Bridge in England...
Look great all the details. Fantastic work
ReplyDeleteJust one thing what wrong with THE SKY Looks like been brushed with ink Please Do not launch the game without fixing that sky

ReplyDeletePlease also put competition from companies in the game, like managing transportation company against other companies created by the same computer that had the competition in the game 18 wheels of steel across america.
