We are proud to announce that Trucks & Trailers will be highlighted at one of the biggest trucking events in eastern Europe - the Master Truck Festival in Opole, Poland! The game will be shown and playable at Scania most renown and exclusive exhibition trailer, which is pulled especially for this event straight from Scandinavia!
Thanks to joint effort of CD Projekt, Scania Poland and SCS Software, visitors will be able to prove their skills on 50'' screens, compete for the best score, get a chance in award-winning contests, get some free prizes and get a valuable signature from the creators of the game themselves!
Master Truck 2011 will take place on a venue of airport nearby Opole, from Friday till Sunday 15th-17th July. If you are a truck lover and want to spend valuable time with your friends or family, come and visit Master Truck this weekend and meet us up at Scania's exposition.

Let us just add that when traveling to the event, make sure to adhere to speed limits! Just as in ETS2 ;-).

We should pay a proportional penalty and lost reputation points the same earning small rate (smaller than in GTS). Creating of our company should be far harder. I hope you'll think about new spedition and logistic mechanism. Thx for your work! :P

ReplyDeleteI love the speed radar! Maybe you could add some police cars around it and they'll chase you if you don't slow down, and when you approach the speed cameras, the AI traffic shines their headlights to tell you to slow down. :D
Also, please remember to keep more parking lots in the city open, so we have more to explore. :D
And please don't forget customisable licence plates (if you get a truck in the Netherlands, you can have a custom Netherlands licence plate) and if we have a heavy delivery, don't forget the "Heavy Load", "Wide Load" signs on the trucks, and the "Long vehicle" signs on all trailers, and flashing beacons on the lumber trailers and others.
Finally, could you please make more companies outside of cities please? Example: An oil mining field, where we go pick up raw fuel, deliver it to a refinery (in an industrial area) near but not in a city. Or some asphalt to a road construction site in the forest or on a damaged road. It would be amazing if you could implement these features (and after driving long roads, we would have to check oil, brake fluid, tires, etc, and wash our truck. :D)

P.S. Don't forget the windshield wiper fluid incase of bugs and dirt. :D
P.P.S Please add repair stations next to the gas stations, and add city gas stations too. It would be cool if we could purchase food and drink from gas stations, although that would have no affect on the game, it would be just for fun.
P.P.P.S. Don't forget buses in the AI traffic, bikes, etc. And please make the SCS HQ in Prague so we can "visit" you. :D

Please allow us to customise the truck interior too with coffee makers and pillows, etc. More comfortable seats=you can stay awake longer. Coffee maker=can stay awake better, no dozing.
And if you can, let us walk around our garages and gas stations, and allow us to buy repair stations and wrenches for our mechanics, and a mini slot machine in the garage to play with after a long day of trucking. :D

Take a look at the second enlarged picture: the onboard computer has "_" inside it so it's under construction...

The radar is not well located. How could you overcome the speed when climbing on a hill while your trailer is fully loaded? Or even if you are not loaded, I repeat, the radar is not well located. Please, be more careful and make it REAL.

Hey SCS, if you want to make the game very realistic, i reccomend you introduce the 56 MP/h limit on trucks, in europe, all trucks are limited to 56 mp/h.
